Shipping
Every time a costumer places an order with us, we start production of the ordered product. We take about 3-5 business days to create your custom products and then we ship them out. If for any reason we need more time to prepare your order, we will contact you through e-mail. Speed and price depends on product type, quantity, and destination.
GemRock Printing products are shipped in the US ONLY and at the present time, we can only ship using USPS. All shipping costs are calculated at check out, depending on your location.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refunds. GemRock Printing stands behind the quality of everything we sell.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, however, we can’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Please contact us before returning a product. Otherwise, we would not be responsible.
